Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a regular device solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and arrives at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domains under one web hosting account. This is feasible due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other hosting Control Panel setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration functionalities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel choice.

Hosted Site Names ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your hostnames in one web hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel tools do not provide such function at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a consequence they necessitate TWO different accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will note that the Hepsia hosting CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel platforms can operate solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
